Residential Child Care Worker Salary: Pay Scale 5-6, Spine Points 10-18. Actual Salary Range: £26,148-£29,777 PA. Annual Salary Range: £27,694-£31,537 PA. Plus NJC Sleeping In Duty Payments. Pay Award Pending. Hours: 40.75 hours per working week on a set rota, term time & inset days. Working 39 weeks per year.
