Residential Child Care Worker Salary: Pay Scale 5-6, Spine Points 9-17. Actual Salary Range: £25,733-£29,290 PA. Annual Salary Range: £27,254-£31,022 PA. Plus NJC Sleeping In Duty Payments. Hours: 40.75 hours per working week on a set rota, term time & inset days. Working 39 weeks per year. Shifts include one day shift (7:30am–3:30pm) and four evening shifts (2:30pm–10:45pm) per week.
